In business, recognizing strategic acquisitions is key. Michael and Kiomi were doing so much apparel printing that they accounted for approximately 50% of the business at Stitches Embroidery. When the owner approached Michael and asked if he wanted to purchase the company, it made complete sense to integrate it into their operations.
For years, they successfully ran the shop, handling large commercial orders for businesses, schools, sports teams, and local events. They maintained the craftsmanship of custom embroidery and screenprinting that the Missoula community relied on.
After a long and successful run, they ultimately had to make the difficult decision to shut down the operation in April of this year due to numerous operational issues. Despite the closure, Stitches Embroidery remains a proud chapter of expanding their footprint and serving the custom apparel needs of western Montana.
